- On October 4^th , the workshop on reducing the risk of Dioxin exposure at dioxin hot spots is held in Hanoi.

- On October 5^th, Khanh Hoa PPHA holds the 2^nd congress.

- From October 16^th to October 19th  VPHA incordination with  Yen Bai PPHA  hold the training workshop on policy advocacy in Yen Bai City.

- On October 18^th, the workshop entitled "The role of civil society organizations in Vietnam on implementing policy" is organised in Hanoi by VPHA and  Front Review.
