- On August 9th , the workshop on implementing the program to reduce the risk of dioxin exposure via food was held in Da Nang.

- On August 10th, a workshop "Evaluate the participation of elderly in community development: The situation and intervention solutions" will take place in Tien Hai district, Thai Binh.

- Hue City Medical Center will organize a workshop entitled “Strenthening the skills and sharing experience on implementing smoke-free policies in Hue city”.

- Training workshops on tobacco control skills for women will be held in Hue and Ha Tinh province.

- A competition for youth union on petechial/dengue fever prevention in community will be conducted in Dong Thap.
